When you become a new patient, know that we are here to listen and to help you. When you walk in, you’ll love the homey feeling of our reception area. Your kids have their own space to play. We like to say that Connected Life Chiropractic is a place of health and hope.
In our office, we like to educate on what Chiropractic is and how it can play a pivotal role in improving your overall health and well-being. Knowledge is power so we want to give you this information and create an environment to empower you and your family.
Day One
When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by name with a genuine smile. You’ll exchange your paperwork, then take a quick office tour. In the examination room, Dr. Valentine will introduce himself. Then, you’ll talk about your history and have an evaluation done. This process includes scans with our INSiGHT technology that utilizes thermography, electromyography, and heart rate variability to show us how well your nervous system is handling the everyday stresses. These scans are safe (even for mommas and babies), non-invasive, and help Dr. Valentine get a good look at how the nervous system is functioning. In total, this appointment takes 30-45 minutes.
Between your first and second appointments, Dr. Valentine will analyze your history and INSiGHT scans to create a custom care plan based on your needs.
Day Two
At your next visit, Dr. Valentine will sit down with you to review your examination findings. He’ll relate the scans we took to your health history. Next, he’ll present you with your care plan and explain why it’s right for you. All of your questions will be answered, including the time and investment of chiropractic care. If you decide to get started, you and/or your littles will have your first chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Valentine will walk you through the first adjustment, and will make sure you and your little ones nervous system is clear and connected. Dr. Valentine will contact you later in the day to see how your body has responded to your first adjustment.

If you have kiddos with you during your visit with us, they are more than welcome to play in our kid’s area! This allows us to ensure you are able to get aadjusted and/or have all your questions answered while they are playing.
